Ramada International planned to open a further Encore hotel, its budget chain, in the UK – just like this hotel in Milton Keynes completed 2006. The group, a subsidiary of Marriott International, opened its first Encore in York, which is run by Stannifer Hotels under a franchise agreement.

BLP Members managed the construction of this hotel from basement to fit out with McAleer and Rushe. A concrete frame building with external blockwork walls and prefabricated bathroom pods.

The Ramada south west corner and reception area opens out onto the Hub Plaza. The Hub enjoys a prime location in the very heart of Milton Keynes. There is a fantastic variety of bars, restaurants, hotels and lifestyle venues.
