Our client wanted to expand its injection molding capacity with quality branded processing equipment.

BLP team members worked closely with production and senior product development teams to understand the quality and production level demands, as well as machine specifications and safety compliances. A machinery specification requirements plan was developed to source the specified machines and downstream ancillaries. We also helped to plan, organize and run product testing and trials, as well as machinery appraisal and valuations, machine finance and insurance, and the installation and commissioning of the new line. The success of project led to more new lines being acquired, installed and commissioned.
