In Florida we built 350 houses Just in Time for buyers to take up residence. The site was a derelict military housing base abandoned for over 10 years. The derelict houses were gutted and rebuilt, new block walls were built where needed with rebar and concrete infill to withstand hurricanes. We constructed completely new roofs, doors, bathrooms, kitchens, electrics, plumbing, spray plaster, etc. Each house had a 16-day construction program.
